Green Moodboard

There's a new challenge at Cards und More. This time it's all about a color moodboard with greens, greys and black. I came up with this sympathy card. The German text says: There are moments in life when the world just stops for a second. And when it starts going round again, nothing is still the same.

The background is created with the My Favorite Things Drifts & Hills stencil, the foliage is die-cut with the Waffle Flower Greenery dies.

There's snow friend like you!

A new challenge has started yesterday at the cards-und-more-shop blog! The theme is friends/craftyfriends.

My DT card for the challenge is this cute winter scene - these snowy friends are ready for some snow ball fun.

For the card, I stamped some images of the Festive friends stamp set by Creative Expressions and colored them with copic markers. I prepared a background with Ranger distress inks salty ocean and blueprint sketch and spritzed it with some water and white acrylic paint, stamped the sentiment on it with Versamark ink and embossed it with white embossing powder.
I glued my images onto the background, added some Bo Bunny Glitter Paste Sugar for the snow and mounted the whole panel onto a dark blue card base.

Look at the sparkle of the snow!

These guys are defeinitely ready for some snow ball fun!

Cards und More Challenge - Anything goes With Summer

Today starts a new challenge at Cards und More!

As my DT inspiration card for this challenge, I created a card with the awesome Stay Cool set by Waffle Flower. I love this set, especially the big bear in the swimming trunks!

For the front of the card, I created a slider to make the bear with its diving goggles plunge into the water.

Can you see the gloss on the diving goggles? I added some Glossy accents to achieve this look.

For the inside of the card, I created a beach scene with all the other images of the Stay Cool stamp set. I had so much fun coloring them! 

I put the little bird with his swimming ring onto an action wobble to give the impression as if it was rocking on the waves.
