I stamped this good old Penny Black image with Versafine ink and colored it with Zig Clean Color Real Brushes.

It's Snarktober!

You know the word snarky? If not, that's what the Urban Dictionary says:
A witty mannerism, personality, or behavior that is a combination of sarcasm and cynicism. Usually accepted as a complimentary term.

And yay, there's a whole community of snarky stampers out there, and we want to celebrate with you!

Here's my card:

These three funny guys are created with stamps by Gummiapan. You can get them at Swedish House Crafts, a fab stamp shop in the UK which carries the most adorable stamps and other goodies by several Swedish manufacturers.
I made a background using Ranger Distress Oxide inks and a cloud stencil, drew a line for the birds to sit on it and positioned the birds on the line with one layer of foam tape. I cut a slider channel into the background and placed a die-cut blotch as the sliding element into the channel. I hid it behind the owl by positioning the owl over the top of the slider channel with a double layer of foam tape.

So if you lift up the card, well... ummhhh... something's happening 😜!
